Draeger X-AM 5000 Mutli-Gas Detector
The Draeger X-AM 5000 provides dependable warnings within Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH) environments. Much like its predecessor, the X-AM 5000 is a lightweight and rouged design built to withstand the harshest environments. This personal gas detection device can be used within potentially explosive environments, presenting accurate readings alongside simplistic navigation of the two-button control panel for responsive use.
The feature list on Draeger’s X-AM 5000 is endless, every feature enhancing protection and safety simultaneously. Reliable alarms are essential with any personal gas detection n equipment, the X-AM 5000 is equipped with the innovative catalytic Ex sensor. Rapidly detecting and responding to explosive gases and combustible organic vapours, additionally the advanced gas detector is highly resistant against sensor poisons such as silicon and hydrogen sulphide.
Built to withstand the harshest environments, Draeger’s design has been especially developed to accommodate all user needs. Externally, integrated rubber provides enhanced protection to the internal shockproof sensors, combined resistance to impact and vibration be ensured. In addition, the X-AM 5000 gas detector is IP67 rated therefore providing dust and water protection, as well as being resistant to electromagnetic interference.
In conjunction with the Draeger X-Zone, the personal protection device transforms into an interconnected area-monitoring instrument. Enabling linking abilities of up to 25 X-Zone units within a single system. Measuring and detecting spikes of 1 to 5 gases at one time. Whilst in operation with the X-Zone, the interconnected X-AM 5000 forms a wireless protection border to create safe zones over large sites and areas.
