6160-08 - City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Working as Member of a Rescue Team
Course Duration: 3 days - 24 guided learning hours. Course starts at 09:00, finishes around 17:00
Course Locations: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Middlesbrough, Castleford, Manchester, Wellingborough, Rainham, Heathrow, Southampton and Exeter.
ESS are also able to offer Nationwide onsite Training subject to availability and necessary approvals.
Course Aims
This course is designed to introduce delegates to the basics of rescue and recovery of casualties from Confined Spaces. It looks into emergency arrangements as set by legislation and employers, some of the equipment required to rescue a casualty and safety of the rescue team.
Note: A pre-requisite qualification is required to complete this course. Delegates must hold a valid City & Guilds 6160-03 qualification.
