With a temperature range of -20 to 1500oC (-4 to 2732oF) and a high definition resolution of 1.2 megapixels for clearer images, the Flir E96 is the tool for capturing vibrant images covering a wide range of applications, such as High voltage hazardous electrical installation surveys to close up clarity for detailed survey and analysis.

The Flir E96 is the first Flir pistol grip camera with an IR pixel resolution of over 1 megapixels. High quality images and video recording and streaming allows the thermographer to carry out detailed thermal surveys in many different applications. High voltage installations can be surveyed safely with the Flir E96 camera.
The On board Flir Inspection Route programme gives the user the opportunity of pre-planning the survey route to speed up the survey process on site when surveying large or multiple locations. Can be hired with a choice of telephoto or wide angle views auto calibrated lenses (optional add-ons) enabling users to target electrical hot spots safely, check for mechanical faults, and survey roofs or building envelopes quickly. With a choice of seven colour palettes, images or video can be seen in vivid detail and a vibrant array of colours.
The Flir E96 has a 4 inch, 640 × 480 pixel touchscreen LCD with auto-rotation. Auto focus with Continuous laser distance meter (LDM), One-shot LDM, One-shot contrast, or Manual. On-camera report building with Voice annotation and GPS tagging to images and video; on-screen text; sketch on infrared images from touchscreen. Communication modes USB 2.0, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and DisplayPort.
