Hilti PS 1000 X-Scan System
The Hilti PS 1000 X-Scan is an advanced concrete scanning system that provides precise locating applications for metal and non-metal objects inside of concrete. Enabling operators to view real-time accurate generated images of concrete structures from the inside. The PS 1000 X-Scan system uses X-ray technology to locate rebar, glass-fibre cables, or electrical wiring, while the compact design facilitates easy operation and manoeuvrability. Reducing drilling through concealed objects when drilling anchor holes and through holes.
The hand held detection device is comprised of three main components. The hand-guided scanner that measures all essential structural information, full colour display monitor producing clear internal structural images, and finally a portable monitor unit providing on-site image evaluation and data management operating on professional PC software. Whilst scans can be analysed immediately on the state art X-Scan integrated display.
