Course Duration: 1 day - 8 guided learning hours. Course starts at 09:00, finishes around 17:00
Course Locations: Aberdeen, Glasgow, Middlesbrough, Castleford, Manchester, Wellingborough, Rainham, Heathrow, Southampton and Exeter.

Course Aims
This course is designed to provide delegates that need to enter confined spaces an in-depth understanding of the Legal requirements and the associated legislation, hazard identification and suitable control measures. This course includes competent use of appropriate confined space equipment, safe access and egress and safe working practices whilst working in confined spaces and hazardous areas.
- Preparation of safe working in low risk confined spaces
- Enter and exit low risk confined spaces
- Use confined space equipment safely
- Follow working procedures and work safely
- Requirements in emergency situations
- Have an understanding of the principles of working in low risk confined spaces
- Pre-use checks and tests on equipment and areas
- Pre-entry procedures and entry documentation
- Entry monitoring including continuous atmosphere checks.
- Emergency arrangements evacuation and non-entry rescue
- Use and application of equipment and procedures for low risk confined Spaces and emergency arrangements.
