The Hydrajaws M2008 HD is a heavy duty proof load tester for loads requiring Pull/Anchor testing of up to 145kN. The unit is capable of testing high load expanding and resin anchors, hold down bolts etc across a multitude of installations, and can deliver high load test with ease thanks to the cleverly designed hydraulic multiplier
The Hydrajaws M2008 HD Heavy Duty Proof Load Tester has been designed to meet the conditions of both BS 8539 and AEFAC-TN05. With a maximum range of 145kN it is up to the task of meeting the most demanding of high load test applications. The Tester can handle the requirements of testing high load expanding resin anchors, holding down bolts for column lighting base plates, anchorage for crash and crush barriers, safety fences and bridge parapet anchors. With light weight build materials, the M2008 HD is a very manageable 14 Kg. Making the M2008 HD a handy battery operated unit and less cumbersome than a separate hydraulic pump and cylinder. Can be connected to Hydrajaws Digital Reporting APP to record and store test data to the Cloud (Subscription required after a 90 day free trial). Job details can be inputted prior to site visit to save time on site. Graphs and photos can be loaded for viewing to enhance the reporting process
