The DP4400 digital radio maximises operator functionalities compared to predecessors, providing users with Intelligent Audio capabilities. The endless combination of features creates an optimal performance of a two-way digital radio. Enabling vast coverage, automated volume control, and integrated GPS (model dependant). The DP4400 is compact into one handheld, pocket sized, portable radio, eliminating the need for additional attachments.
Versatility and high-powered performance enables uncomplicated usage throughout all operations. Whilst working on sites IP Site Connect extends coverage by using the internet, creating a wide area network. Since MOTOTBRO digital radios are integrated with TDMA technology, users gain twice the calling capacity and clearer voice communications, alongside 40% longer operating times between charges.
Motorola digital radios can be equipped with GPS tracking (model dependant) which can grant site managers tracking features on workers. Fitted with customisable voice announcements providing audible confirmation of channel and zone changes. Tightly sealed with IP67 ingress protection against dust, dirt, and submersible in up to one meter of water for 30 minutes.
ESS provide both VHF (Very High Frequency) and UHF (Ultra-High Frequency) DP4400 two-way radios. UHF operates between 403-470MHz and are typically used in built up areas, such as in hospitals, large office buildings, warehousing, and universities. UHF will be used in other circumstances depending on coverage need or survey requirements. Whereas VHF operates between 136 – 174MHz and are typically used in large open area such as farming, logistics, and shipping.
