The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) is the employer-led skills body for the engineering construction industry in Great Britain. ECITB plays a vital role in developing workforce skills, supporting industry growth through high-quality training, and addressing labour shortages and skills gaps across the sector.
ESS delivers ECITB programmes that combine robust theoretical learning with hands-on practical assessment, ensuring the skills gained are directly transferable to the workplace and enhance on-site performance, productivity and safety.
