Overview

Designed with versatility and portability in mind, Katronic built the KF200 to be a lightweight device that can be utilized with one-handed function. Accurately measuring pipelines across various industries, the non-invasive flow meter is ideal for applications within pharmaceutical and food production industries, where cleanliness and hygiene are crucial. The Katronic flowmeter is built with stainless steel sensors, cables, and connectors, equipped with NiMH AA batteries, which in turn enables 24-hour autonomy.

The KF200 uses clamp on transducers that mount externally to the pipeline of which the flow rate is being measured. Transmitting ultrasonic pulses through the flowing liquid within, thus causing time differences in the ultrasonic signals to be evaluated by the KF200 flowmeter to produce an accurate flow measurement. The KF200 provides multiple functionalities such as, pump testing and inspection, in-line flowmeter performance verification, leaked and blockage detection, and monitoring of hydraulic systems, etc.
