The Tracerco NORM Monitor-IS GM ATEX is engineered to provide reliable radiation monitoring in challenging conditions. The device features a high-sensitivity GM probe capable of detecting alpha and beta radiation, including lead-210 NORM, making it suitable for industries such as oil and gas, mining, and environmental monitoring.
The detachable GM probe, with an extendable cable of up to 1.5 metres, allows for flexible and precise measurements in confined or hard-to-reach spaces. Multiple measurement modes, including counts per second (CPS), counts per minute (CPM), and surface activity (Bq/cm²), coupled with live background subtraction, ensure accurate and reliable data.
Designed for ease of use, the monitor includes a one-touch integrate function to detect very low activity levels, enhancing measurement accuracy. Adjustable alarm thresholds provide improved safety by alerting users to radiation levels exceeding predefined limits. The device is also easy to clean and decontaminate, with an IP65-rated handset and an IP34-rated GM probe, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions.
