Inspiring the Next Generation of Surveyors at the National Apprenticeship Show with Mott MacDonald Bentley and JN Bentley

Inspiring the Next Generation of Surveyors at the National Apprenticeship Show with Mott MacDonald Bentley and JN Bentley

At ESS, we are passionate about inspiring and supporting the future of the construction and surveying industry. That’s why we were proud to participate in the National Apprenticeship Show in Exeter, showcasing exciting career opportunities and providing live demonstrations of the latest surveying equipment.

Karl Head, ESS Regional Account Manager, supported MMB on the stand, bringing advanced survey technology to life for visitors. With hands on demonstrations, attendees explored how cutting edge equipment captures real-life data for design teams, offering invaluable insights into the operational side of construction.

Colby Dawes a site Engineer for JN Bentley shared insights from the event:
"As part of the latest National Apprenticeship Show in Exeter, Mott Macdonald Bentley showcased our available opportunities to join the business and help grow within our new Southwest team as well as other opportunities across the business. This event allowed those from a varied experience and background to explore what we do within MMB.

On the day we were greatly supported by one of our national equipment suppliers ESS Safeforce, in which survey equipment was on display to showcase an insight into the operational delivery side of construction. This allowed individuals to have a play with some of the latest equipment and understand how real-life data can be captured and passed onto the design team to allow them to design in real space."

We’re committed to helping budding surveyors and engineers achieve their career ambitions through opportunities like this event.
