Celebrate National Apprenticeship Week by meeting Glenn Bragazza, a graduate of the Vp Apprenticeship Program.

To Celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2025, let’s take a look at a success story from our Vp Apprentice Program. 

Meet Glenn Bragazza.  

Glenn Joined Vp in January 2023 as Training Academy Manager, focusing on delivering high-quality learning experiences for our teams. From there, he took on the Digital Learning Designer Level 5 Apprenticeship. This gave Glenn a solid foundation in instructional design, e-learning development, and learning technologies. 
We spoke to Glenn about his experience as an apprentice. 

“The apprenticeship has been a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and apply what I’ve learned directly to our training programs. From exploring new authoring tools to refining how we design and deliver content, I’ve developed skills that align well with the evolving needs of digital learning.

Now, I’m stepping into a new challenge as a Digital Learning Specialist in Group L&D, where I’ll be managing our LMS, and supporting digital learning initiatives across the business. This move allows me to take what I’ve learned and contribute on a larger scale, helping to enhance learning experiences across all divisions.

I appreciate the support I’ve had along the way, especially from those who encouraged my development, and I look forward to continuing to drive digital learning forward at Vp.”
