The Challenge
As part of ongoing site operations, Integrated Solutions Contracting required a reliable, high precision surveying solution that could be deployed quickly and supported effectively. This deployment also marked a first the initial TS20 Total Station for ESS to be placed on hire, making correct setup and user confidence critical.

The Solution
On Monday, a site visit was carried out by our technical support manager and regional account manager to deliver a full Technical Handover of the TS20 Total Station.
The session focused on:
•    Equipment setup and functionality
•    Best practices for on-site use
•    Ensuring engineers were confident and ready to begin testing and using the system immediately

The Outcome
The engineering team on site responded positively and are eager to begin using the equipment in live conditions. Importantly, they have also committed to providing ongoing feedback, helping to shape future deployments and support improvements.
This handover represents:
•    A successful first hire deployment of the TS20 for ESS
•    Strong collaboration between all parties involved
•    A solid foundation for future technical partnerships and innovation

Looking Ahead
As the TS20 is put through real world use, further insights and performance feedback will be shared. This marks the beginning of an exciting phase for both ESS and Integrated Solutions Contracting.
