Seaward Live Line Tester (LLT) 1100v DC
Specifically designed to ensure isolation of conductor lines from mains power supply, the Seaward LLT two-pole voltage indicator enables safe working operations for maintenance workers whilst working on third-rail electrified railway lines and systems. The Live Line Tester is exactly as it sounds, enabling electrical maintenance personnel to identify if electrified rail systems above the threshold of 300V to a maximum of 1100V are live or isolated.
Seaward LLT is an intrinsically safe instrument, equipped with PVC hand guards alongside a shock resistance, high impact enclosure whilst maintaining an IP weatherproof rating of IP65. The high voltage instrument complies with international electrical safety standard BS EN61243-3. Voltage indication is simple and easily visible, built into each handle are ultra-bright red LED lights and polarising filters making live line detection clear and evident.
