Megger MIT 1025 10KV Insulation Tester
The Megger MIT 1025 HV Insulation Tester for all 10KV resistance and associated diagnostic tests on high voltage electrical equipment. The larger available test voltage applied can detect current leaks indicating insulation resistance deterioration in equipment and cables.
As well as the standard Insulation Resistance Test the MIT 1025 can carry out Timed IR, Polarization, Dielectric Absorption Ratio, Step Voltage, Dielectric Discharge and Ramp Tests
The MIT 1025 5KV Insulation Tester has been designed to enable the user to carry out Insulation Resistance tests with a minimum of fuss and results can be stored for future retrieval and record keeping. Insulation testing of equipment up to 10KV, tests for PI, DAR, DD, SV, Timed IR and Ramp are all features of the Megger MIT 1025.
The MIT 1025 With a CAT IV 600V Safety rating and high short circuit current of 3 mAmps. The Megger MIT 1025 can also measure the capacitance of the test object. The instrument is powered from an extended capacity Li-Ion battery pack which can be fully recharged within 3 hours.
The Megger MIT 1025 can also be used directly from the mains supply if the batteries run flat. The Megger MIT 1025 has a large LCD Display with backlight for improved viewing. Simple operation via two rotary switches, and includes Megger unique HV locking Test Leads and non-removable Test Clips.
The Megger MIT 1025 has advanced memory, on screen recall and real time clock for date/time stamped recording. Memory download is via a USB (Type B) comms lead. Data can be downloaded utilising Megger PowerDB Lite asset management software
