The unit comes in a rugged, heavy-duty storage box for transporting the rail gauge to and from the site. 
This self-locating rail gauge has measuring capabilities in tunnels, bridges, platforms, datum plates, signals, 6 and 10-foot rail positions, and overhead line catenary wire positions.
