90S Fusion Splicer

Active Blade Rotation by wireless connectivity to the CT50 Fibre cleaver gives the F90S the capability of automatic blade rotation when the F90S judges that the blade is worn. The Fujikura F90S can display remaining blade life and gives information on bade height change, position change or new blade required. The F90S automatically applies the optimum splice parameters depending on fibre type. The Fujikura F90S analyses both the L & R cleave end faces to perform the best option for fusion control

• The Fujikura F90S is packed with new features such as Active Fusion, enabling the F90S to control fusion by fibre brightness, cleaver condition and fibre discrimination. 
• Active Blade Management allows the F90S to wirelessly control the CT50 cleaver. 
• The sheath clamp is optimised for 60mm length protection sleeves. 
• The length of the slice point to the edge of the sheath clamp is set to 30mm which makes it easy to centre the protection sleeve over the splice. 
• With the F90S the operator can complete an entire splicing and heating process without the need to touch the F90S and only touching the fibre
