The Proteus Lite Crawler Camera has a number of crawler functions to make operation simple and give the operator comprehensive control over the crawler.
- Cruise control (forward) – by pressing this you will increase the speed of the crawler each time you press until the maximum speed is reached.
- Cruise control (reverse) - by pressing this you will increase the speed of the crawler each time you press until the maximum speed is reached.
- Stop – pressing this will stop the crawler where it is and the power will remain on.
- Backeye – switch between the forward-facing and backward-facing cameras.
- Sonde – enable or disable the sonde function (if purchased) and choose the frequency it operates at.
- Crawler settings- select the wheel size attached to the crawler for an accurate measurement of speed when the crawler is in motion.
