Cirrus CR308 Basic Class 2 Sound Level Meter
The entry level sound level meter from Cirrus. Simple to operate by switching on, quick calibration using the acoustic calibrator in the case, and you can measure immediately. Routine noise level measurements for applications such as fire alarm volume or basic workplace assessments. The CR308 has a class 2 microphone fitted and the meter displays sound pressure (SPL) max sound level (Lmax) and A & C weightings.
The CR308 can also display Fast (F) and Slow (S) time weightings which is not usually standard on a basic sound level meter. Designed to IEC 61672 Class 2, the CR308 has a min/max function and a settable high sound level alarm giving a visual indication when the level is either reached or exceeded
