T & R PT30-10 HV DC Test Set

The T&R PT30-10 DC HV Test Set. Comprises of two large analogue displays for both voltage and current. The unit is designed to supply up to +/- 30KV DC with a charging capability of up to 5 mA continuous or 10mA for 5 mins. With inbuilt safety features which restrict any voltage output until the control knob is at zero to begin with, and an automatic discharge earth system for the clearance of capacitive loads. A separate manual discharge rod is included with the equipment to discharge larger capacitive loads as an extra safety feature. The unit is powered from a standard 240 volt supply at 1000 VA max. The T&R PT30-10 is designed to meet the requirement standard of BS EN61010
