Laser Scanning Training at Hexagon House

ESS attended a refresher course with Hexagon focussing on checking, adjusting and conducting pre-delivery inspections of the Leica BLK range and RTC360 laser scanners. 

ESS attended a refresher course with Hexagon focussing on checking, adjusting and conducting pre-delivery inspections of the Leica BLK range and RTC360 laser scanners. 

The course covered the optimal way to check and adjust the BLK and RTC360 devices and perform the pre-delivery inspection process ensuring our laser scanners have been fully and comprehensively checked before going out on hire. 

The training also covered common customer support queries regarding the REG360 and Cyclone Core software and iPad connectivity using the Field360 software allowing our specialists to quickly help our customers with any queries they have about the software. 

This training allowed our team to gain the knowledge to return to their respective branches and carry out the PDI process and maintain our hire fleet to the usual high standards.
