ESS donate £3,250 as part of Payin’ It Safe initiative

In April 23, ESS introduced a new charitable giving initiative: Payin‘ it Safe to encourage, recognise and reward proactive involvement in Health and Safety across the ESS business.

At ESS, Health and Safety is everyone’s responsibility. All ESS employees are assigned to one of 4 regions and are expected to participate to achieve the KPI‘s

Once a Quarter all regions achieving their KPIs are be awarded £250 to donate to a charity (or charities) of their choice.

Any region hitting their KPIs for a full year is also awarded an additional £1k bonus.

We’re proud to say that to date, Payin’ It Safe has donated £3,250 to good causes close to our hearts including but not limited too; MIND, MacMillan, Great Ormond Street Hospital, British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research, The Ayrshire Hospice and Wakefield Hospice.
