The T&R ART3V has been developed and manufactured to meet the new standard. As well as being able to test to the requirements of a G59 system, it also has the capabilities to test to G99.

The T&R ART3V Relay Test System is the next generation of Relay Testers with improved features which enable the user to output 0-450V Phase to neutral without the addition of an external transformer. The ART3V has vastly improved accuracy, stability and features. The T&R ART3V has been designed using the latest digital technology to generate a highly stable and accurate output with very low distortion. Each phase output is individually adjustable for voltage, frequency and phase angle. The unit is controlled by a simple user interface within defined menus. Values may be either typed into the keypad or by smooth adjustment using the rotary encoder.
