Cirrus Optimus CK.675 Environmental Outdoor Kit

To carry out an Environmental Noise survey with the Cirrus Optimus Green Class 1 sound level meter, you need weather protection, extended life battery systems and a weather proof housing for the meter. The Environmental kit supplied by Cirrus comprises a sturdy weather proof carry case in which you can mount the Cirrus Green meter with the microphone detached. Instead you have a lead which forms an extension to a tripod mounted microphone holder. The holder is protected by the elements via a windshield head and a protective needle on the top to deter birds from landing on the holder. Rechargeable batteries power the Optimus Green Sound Level meter within the robust case and a weatherproof power supply can be connected to the case for even longer logging requirements
