The compact B2 HVA120 delivers sinusoidal VLF and DC testing up to 120 kV peak, offering continuous, maintenance-free performance with reporting and sheath fault diagnostics—ideal for UK cable diagnostics and high‑voltage commissioning.

Built by b2 electronics, the HVA120 combines portability with industry-leading test power––ideal for medium-voltage cable networks up to 69 kV per IEEE 400.2‑2013 and CENELEC standards. Its dry transformer design avoids oil and eliminates routine servicing, while the dual discharge system ensures operator safety with integrated 12 kV feedback protection 
Test capabilities include VLF withstand, DC hipot, sheath and jacket testing, sheath fault location, vacuum bottle testing, cable fault conditioning (“burning”) and advanced diagnostics. The integrated real-time oscilloscope displays load capacitance and charging current, while RMS metering of voltage, current, capacitance and resistance is built-in 
Scope for industries: utilities, renewable energy, rail, infrastructure, industrial plants and UK grid maintenance teams.
