Draeger X-Zone 5000 Area Gas Detector

Measuring up to 6 different gases at one time, the Draeger X-Zone 5000 can also be automatically interconnected with other X-zone units creating safe zones and perimeters for selected areas. Depending on your environment, a different combination of gas sensors can be installed on your Draeger X-Zone.

Up to 25 Draeger area monitors can be seamlessly connected at one time, the interconnection between units allows rapid response times and quickly establishing safe zones of selected areas. When gas is detected, gas alarms are transmitted throughout all interconnected units. Red/green lights flash on daughter units depending on whether gas has been detected with the exception of mother units that will flash red if connected daughter units have been triggered.

Illuminated green lights appear on the head of the X-zone unit even at a distance to indicate toxic-free air. Clear, visual and audible alarms signal when contaminated air is detected, upon gas detection the Draeger area monitor’s green light changes from green to red clearly indicating all operators that there is a risk. The innovative design of the X-zone 5000 means that detected gas can diffuse into the unit from all sides and angles increasing the safety of the unit.
