Sessions were held across all local branches and attendance was mandatory for all staff, underlining the importance of safety as the foundation of everything we do at ESS.
This Safety Stand Down carried even greater significance, as it marked the first time the event has been recognised at Vp Group level, forming part of the wider Step Up for Safety Day initiative being rolled out across the Group. It’s a proud milestone that highlights ESS’s leadership and consistency in setting the standard for safety excellence.
