The ROTALIGN Touch provides all essential functions capable on the ROTALIGN Touch EX, with the key exception of the ability to be used within explosive environments.

Featuring the unique sensALIGN 5 EX laser and sensor heads that provide precise measurements needed to complete expert degree alignment jobs, as well as everyday alignment routines. Designed to be used within harsh working environments, the ROTALIGN Touch Ex meets all on-site requirements.

How does ROTALIGN Ex laser shaft alignment work?

Two sensors mounted on two linked shafts are used by the ROTALIGN Ex laser shaft alignment equipment to produce measurements. In order to determine if the shafts are aligned and within a predetermined tolerance, both sensors simultaneously shoot a laser beam and receive the beam from the opposite sensor.

How accurate is the ROTALIGN Touch Ex laser alignment?

In comparison to dial gauges or straight-edge techniques, ROTALIGN Touch Ex laser alignment can be ten times faster and one hundred percent more precise. Lasers are capable of measurements as precise as 0.001mm.
